The exterior shell of this building was the only existing portion of this bank when we starting working on it.
​
The work done for this client includes all interior walls, ceilings, and flooring, all built cabinetry and countertops, and a large amount of custom wall paneling and custom designed railings and banisters in the main entry area.
Lee Munder Offices
​
The building of this office was a collaboration between Building & Design and Burkhardt Construction in W. Palm Beach, Fl.
​
Housed within the office building is a large car showroom, a bar/lounge, conference rooms, and office space for all employees.
​
The main work done in this project by Building & Design was the offices, conference rooms, and the flooring and specialty walls throughout both the showroom and office/conference room spaces.
MTC Offices
​
This project involved the complete construction of the brick facade and building shown in the image to the left as an addition to the existing office area for MTC Transformers in Wytheville, Va. The addition houses the main office, reception area, conference room, and connecting hallways between the new and existing building.

Some products and materials that can be seen in these images are flooring from Florida Tile, and window shades from Hunter Douglas.
